Membership of the Leading Property Managers of New Zealand is available in two categories:

1. Firm Membership - available to practising property management businesses across New Zealand
   
   
2. Affiliate Membership - available to firms that provide products and services to the property management industry
   
   
   

Membership Fees for 2013

Firm Membership and Affiliate Membership

General Members

Annual Fee: NZ$995 (payable in advance), OR

Monthly payments of $95 per month(payable by direct debit on a nominated credit card)

For Companies (owned by the same entity) with branch offices, the membership fees are to be 100% for the 1st office, 2nd and subsequent offices to be at 35% fees.

Premium Members

Annual Fee: NZ$1,795 (payable in advance), OR

Monthly payments of NZ$165 per month(payable by direct debit on a nominated credit card)

For Companies (owned by the same entity) with branch offices, the membership fees are to be 100% for the 1st office, 2nd and subsequent offices to be at 35% fees.

Membership Terms and Fees 

Membership to LPMNZ shall be for an initial term of twelve (12) months whereupon the membership shall be on a monthly holding over basis. The membership fee is payable at least one month in advance at all times. The subscription is payable on the 5th day of each month (or nearest business day thereto).

  The membership fee is adjusted in April each year to reflect, amongst other things, variations in the costs of delivering products and services to LPMNZ members.

If an LPMNZ Firm Member decides to withdraw from membership, at least 1 month’s notice in writing must be provided, as long as it is after the initial term of 12 months.
