Bob is Australia's leading residential property management expert.
Unlike many trainers and educators, Bob moves beyond simple "what to do's" and legislative "must nots", and coaches property management practitioners "how to" be more effective, both professionally and personally.
To achieve this, Bob draws on more than 30 years industry experience. This experience includes personally taking an unprofitable, problematic rent roll of 400 properties to a high profit, trailblazing rent roll of 1,800 properties in less than 3 years.
Bob, when he is not training and consulting, owns and operates a specialist residential property management business in Sydney, True Property, www.trueproperty.com.au managing more than 800 properties.
Dixie has returned to the corporate arena after spending the previous 10 years as the director of a community based child care centre in the Sydney suburb of Lane Cove where she created an award winning centre from a very unprofitable beginning.
With a teaching background of 20 years she is well equipped with the necessary skills required for her role at BWT, which focuses on operational, administrative, customer service, and human resources areas.
Although, not industry specific, Dixie has qualifications and attributes that, combined with her personal talents and work ethic, are a great asset to LPMNZ.
Over the past 35 years she has not only absorbed property management (via osmosis) through her marriage to Bob Walters, but has attended many Real Estate conferences and seminars in Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and America.
Dixie has previously worked behind the scenes with Bob Walters during his time with the Real Estate Institute of NSW and one of Australia's leading real estate companies, McGrath, and was also an active partner in their real estate business in Parramatta back in the 1980s.
LPMNZ members will find Dixie's calm approach to professionalism second to none, with a real focus on customer service, meeting deadlines and making things happen - all with a sense of humour.
Tania and Kyle Elmer
A born and bred Otago Girl, Tania brings an extensive knowledge base in both property management and financial control. Tania trained as a Management Accountant and has many years of experience within the finance operations of a number of high profile, multi-million pound businesses whilst working in the U.K. and America.
She also became a full time investor whilst still living in the U.K. before returning to New Zealand to run her and husband Kyle's substantial portfolio. Tania grew up amongst a family who lived the hard working kiwi dream of renovating each of their homes as a means to get ahead.
This experience has provided the base for Tania's own hardworking, determined ethic and aided her natural ability to spot an opportunity in a property which she has the knowledge and confidence to transform into a good investment.
Tania has served her time in the Property investors’ arena as both the Treasurer of the New Zealand Property Investors Federation and as an executive of the Otago Property Investors Association committee.
North London born, Kyle has developed into a definite Otago boy. With a natural appreciation for all the region has to offer - from a Jimmy's pie at the rugby to relaxing with friends in Central over a fine Pinot - he has fit into the New Zealand way of life, including becoming a citizen.
Kyle's background has been in both the Building industry and the Golf trade, working in his father's construction and renovation business and qualifying as a Golf Professional specialising in retail and teaching. He worked his way up to head of Coaching at Verulam Golf Club, "The Home of the Ryder Cup", before leaving the U.K. with his wife Tania to run their property portfolio in New Zealand.
Once here, they renovated, and purchased more property as full time landlords before starting their own successful property management company, Mana Property Management Ltd. Kyle has served time on the Otago Property Investors Association executive committee including a stint as President.
